Michael Verdi and Ryanne Hodson run Freevlog, the popular website where you can learn the basics of videoblogging for free. Their book goes into more depth, explaining in detail what is happening with all the technology, offering alternatives for different systems, and best of all, giving many, many examples of the kinds of things you can do with your videoblog. I think they jammed as many mentions of early 2006 videobloggers in there as they could. I’ve only seen snips of the books so far — my copy will hopefully arrive in the mail this week. I’ll post a longer review once I’ve had a chance to read more of it.
UPDATE: Well, Amazon predicted they would start shipping last week, but actually they started shipping yesterday, May 3rd. So look for the UPS truck if you’ve ordered one, and look for reviews popping up in the next several days as they get distributed.
