This post is a little late, but I thought it was good to show what people are talking about. Last month I attended the Digital Lifestyle Day 2006 as a speaker for the “We The Media” panel along with Dan Gillmor (A-List Blogger), Loic Le Meur (Vice President Six-Apart France) and Anina (the fashion blogger). I talked about video blogging at the end of the panel which starts at around 50 min. into the video. I feel that Dan, Luc and Anina have some very interesting things to say, and felt this should be shared. One thing is sure is that we are on the brink of a revolution in both social revolution and art collaboration.
There are some more conferences I am attending in the coming months, and I’ll be posting my thoughts on what comes out of them. One thing I heard at the DLD, apparently web 3.0 is upon us. I guess I need to upgrade my system again.

Wow, You’ll have to forgive my language but that was Kick Ass.
First that was the best coverage of a conference ever. Superb quality. Ironic considering the event organizers had so many technical issues.
Second, Loic le Meur’s presentation was awesome… I stumbled upon this on Mefeedia and just watched the whole damn thing start to finish.
I wanted to reblog it, but it’s so large I didn’t want to kill anyone’s bandwidth. Especially considering we probably share a lot of the same audience.
Anyway, great find. Keep rocking.

I’m really glad you enjoyed it. I thought it was a great panel, and really honored to be a p[art of it. I really have to tip my hat off to the DLD organizers. It had to be one of the best orgnized shows I’d been too. If you can go next year, try.
