The Meerkat Media Collective in New York City has just put up a fun site—vlogyourface.com. Here’s the deal: You shoot a one minute video of your face and upload it via their site. You don’t even have to compress it. Just wait a day or two for them to process your vid, and it will be up there for the world to gaze at longingly, in the company of a bunch of other faces. The site is a day old and they already have almost 50 faces you can browse.
One thing, the name, while catchy, is not accurate in a strict sense. I wouldn’t exactly call it a vlog. But who cares? It’s a blast browsing the humanity. So browse a little and if you have a little teeny, tiny exhibitionist streak (and you know you do), send them a clip of your own uniquely sexy punim (that’s Yiddish for face).
