Current TV has been lauding viewer created content or “VC2″ as they like to call it. They have been taking submissions from viewers and running it on their independant cable network for some time now. But it has only been recently that they have put some of those submissions into an RSS feed ready for your aggregator. They call it their “Video Preview” and it holds a few select videos that they air on their network. So if you haven’t found the cash to get Current in your cable package, this is a great way for people to still see what kind of content they are putting out. Ideally, all their content would be made available on the web, but I guess that isn’t how the television industry works… I’d love it if all those Current contributors, bypassed all the mumbo-jumbo involved with getting a “pod” on television and just made video blogs themselves, then they could be their own network!

That video preview link didn’t go anywhere in particular… just fyi…
Current’s got some neat stuff in it. It’s kind of a “hybrid,” I guess you’d say. It’s very much a TV channel, but it’s very much stuff you wouldn’t see on a regular TV channel–more vloggy/TV/ish kind of stuff.
