Raymond Kristiansen has officially announced “Vlog Europe!” It is a 3 day meetup of video bloggers from across the pond (though anyone from any continent is welcome) The dates are set for a get-together on September 16-18 in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and from the looks of things, this is going to be a major event! There are plenty of European Vloggers out there, contributing a variety of different styles, often very different than what is being produced here in America.
There is a blog that functions as the main hub for all planning activity as well as a newly created Yahoo Group. Raymond is trying to set up a live videofeed from the meetup using flashmeeting (which is used for all vlogger video conferences) Keep your eyes open for more details concerning Vlog Europe, and if you can afford the flight, train ticket, or gas, Get your butt and videocamera on over to Amsterdam mid-September!
